If you don't feel like you get a fair exam, call the service provider and complain. Call the VBA and complain and get another exam. The VES doc I got for my mental health C&P was great. WebAll were rated but the shoulder was deferred and since then it’s gone to 2 more ace exams 1 from VES and now another from QTC. I hope the VA isn’t paying again for these re-exams, cause if so they’re getting ripped off. If the original exam didn’t serve it’s purpose I hope there’s a way for the VA to recoup the cost.
