I think you can view the owner status (happy to stay etc.) on the general info page of the club. I'm sure you can see this information for your club and other clubs too. I've had a look at it previously, my club and others. WebI don't think you can force a take-over, although (and this is completely hypothetical if you preform really bad- it may make the owner looking for a way out/ if you preform reallly good it would technically invite some suitors to sniff around I guess).
