If you need the dimensions, I can give you the pickup measurements and the fopening measuremnets from the rings. Just an FYI, If you hack the cuts, you can always cover them with Filtertron pickup rings. WebApr 6, 2014 · I'm not really sure which route to take. I know they make humbucker sized filtertrons, but do they sound just as good as an actual filtertron? The other option I have is to get a new pickguard made with filtertron routs instead of humbuckers and put them in like that instead.

It's more of a deep, fat single coil tone - as opposed to the WRHB, which is more of a clear, well-defined, and brighter, humbucker. Bottom line - save your pennies and get what you really want.
